One of my favorite Super Bowl ads was the one with the RAV4 Genie, because I wish a doctor would tell me my chocolate levels were dangerously low and prescribe more chocolate!

AACK! (That was for you, rgcviper .) With all the pressures of Valentine’s Day looming, I bet Cathy is going to be more of a neurotic mess than usual over the next week! Good morning to SUSAN, PhoebeDog, and ncalifgirl58 and hello to the rest of the Clan yet to come. Almost Friday!

Eh, who cares about nutritional value on a gift of Valentine’s candy? I wonder if Irving will give her a gift, or if it’s too soon in their relationship…Hello Cathy Clan!! I’m much later than usual. Today is non-stop busy and they’re starting work on our basement (painting now, more later when the painting is done), so I’ll have strange hours until they’re done.Have a wonderful day! Hope anyone in the Northeast (Susan… anyone else?) doesn’t get bombarded with the snow.

Rant alert. Seven days until the elementary school forces us to write120 names on meaningless sentiments the kids could care less about. (2 kids x 30 students per class, and we are required to fill out who it is from and to by hand). Nice waste of $10 and 2 hrs. Rant concluded.

Thats Right. Leave the Nutrition Facts off. Just state in Large Bold Print on the box if it contains Peanuts. I want to enjoy myself without worrying about how many pounds I going to gain, but I don’t want to commit suicide eating Peanuts. I already spent one Valentines day in ER after eating Key Lime Pie that had peanut flour in the crust. Who puts peanut flour in a pie crust? OH!!!! I hate cherries! Label that too!

You think you have it bad — exactly a week later, it’s my birthday and my husband is throwing me a big party. I may never get all the extra pound off since diet food isn’t on the menu!

If Cathy’s that upset over the “offensive” nutrition facts on that large box of Valentine’s candy she’s holding, maybe she should just forget about it and buy herself a small candy bar or bag of M&M’s instead. She’ll still get a little taste of the chocolate she’s craving but she’ll also get a whole lot less the calories, fat, sugar and everything else in it that’s bad for her too. Plus, all the money she saves by not buying that huge, expensive box of chocolates can be spent on frivolous crap at the mall she doesn’t need or will ever wear once she takes it home. How about that, Cathy?! A silver lining in that particular dark cloud of yours!!!!! ;-)

Hi Cathyites!! I love the new avatars!! Hope it brings back our guys!! Folks round here know better than to give me chocolate for Valentines Day. I already have my favorite chocolates — so Hubby & I exchange cards, go to dinner, and go to the Folky Valentine Show at our (not too far away) coffeehouse in Ann Arbor — The Ark.
