Cathy: Why don't you go to your high school reunion by yourself, Irving? Irving: Are you kidding?? Every man I know is married and has kids! It's so uncool to be a single guy anymore! Cathy: You feel left out?? Irving: Forget it! You'll never know what it's like to have your whole group move on! Cathy: Understanding our differences is nothing compared to understanding our similarities.

But it’s only 2 1/2 years until it’s your turn to “move on”, Irving. Then your next reunion will give you something to talk about!

That’s right, Shyygirl! Go look in the mirror, Irving, and ask yourself why you’re the only one who isn’t moving on. If it matters so much to you, then do something about it!Hello Cathy Clan!!

Glad you all enjoyed Thatababy yesterday! I thought it was really funny, especially since I had just read Cathy right before it. The girls and I love reading that comic – it’s really cute (and of course, they don’t really “get” Cathy yet :-))

Reunions have been fun for me — married or not married. I usually go alone to the “hospitality room” party the night before, then take my hubby to the actual reunion.

I did go with my wife to her 10 year class reunion (that was a few decades ago). Turned out ok for me as I knew most of the people there – even though my wife and I were in different years and in different streams (she was commercial and I was arts and sciences). Sometimes you know more people than you realize.
