I admit, I had to look up PTT and T24X93. Still don’t know what a T24X93 is… Maybe some kind of phone? Anyone else know?Hello Cathy friends!! So nice to hear from everyone yesterday! :-)My trip was good. Spent a week with my mom. To me, she seems to be getting worse, but maybe it’s because she hasn’t had therapy in a while and she needs that. Too bad Medicare is so difficult with approving that. :-( Probably should have spent more time and effort on cleaning her house, but we had a good time with her and that is more important to me.Then we spent a week in Atlanta visiting friends, shopping (I MISSED Target!! Went there 4 times in 3 days – hahaha!) and cleaning up the mess we left when we moved. Very busy and it was weird being on “vacation” in my own house (plus I had no pots and pans to cook in).Hope everyone has a fantastic day!!

I also want to add that I think braggarts are annoying. It’s one thing to use your new toys and if someone notices them and wants to talk about them, that’s fine. But to openly invite people to admire them? Tacky.

Wow. Someone brought their new DVR and DVD with them to the office this morning?!? I’m guessing they’re still on Christmas vacation in their own minds and weren’t planning on doing any actual job-related work today. Busted!!!!! Oh, wait. What am I saying?!? These people may go to an office every day but they never seem to actually do anything while they’re there except eat, gossip, shop online, play with their electronic gadgets, etc., and yet no one ever seems to get fired for it. Are they doing any hiring there right now? Because I could really use the money to pay off all my Christmas bills that are finally coming due now but I don’t actually want to do anything the least bit work-related for it!!! (hahaha!!!!!) ;-)

lightenup: While I’m glad you had a nice visit home (LOL at going to Target 4 times in 3 days!!!), I’m so sorry to hear that your mother hasn’t been getting the physical therapy she needs to get better. You’d think that Medicare would be used to dealing fairly quickly with issues like this given that the older people get, the more likely they are to need this kind of service. Unfortunately, that’s government-run healthcare for you!!!!! :-(

P.S.: No pot and pans to cook with? No problem. That’s what restaurants are for!!!!! :-)

It’s kind of sad how many tech devices a lot of people have these days…..I have my laptop, cell phone, etc…….but I’m not going to brag about it…..wait did I just do that? lol……didn’t mean to…anyway happy weekend to all :)
