Cathy: Is that a new outfit for your vacation, Charlene? Charlene: Yes. This is its test day. Man: Test day? Cathy: She has to try wearing it all day to see if it will FIT all day or will only fit in the morning. Man: What?? Cathy: A woman's body changes shape during the day! Many clothes that look great at 10:00am can't even be zipped by 2:00pm! Man: What are you talking about?? Cathy: Zillions spent learning about weight loss...but no one has a clue about weight shift.

Not weight shift….WATER retention! One of the, ahem… perks of being a female. Joy, joy….

I’d still rather be a female, any day!

I think both (or all) sexes have a few uncomfortable moments because of the way we’re made. But I for one don’t add to them with cosmetics!
Don’t ask me to iron sheets and towels, though . . .

rgcviper (from yesterday): The simple formula I provided not too long ago for posting comics and other pictures at G.C. should work for you because it works for me (and everyone knows that I’m the self-proclaimed Queen of Computer-Stupid Land!!!). Are you remembering to add all the necessary info, including the < >’s, and changing the width to 356 in order to get it to fit right? If 356 is still too big, try changing it to 350, 325 or even 300 in order to get it down to the size you want.
Here’s “The Lockhorns” comic you wanted to post yesterday but couldn’t.
I changed the width to 300 to get this size:
Here’s 325:
Here’s 340:
Here’s 350:
And here’s 356 (as you can see, it’s only slightly bigger than 350):
Is there any other way I can try to help you regarding this matter? I’m not very technologically smart but I’ll do whatever I can. Just let me know. Have a great evening! :-)

Count me in with the last group Cathy mentions.
HI, MOM. Thanks for all your help with shrinking images. That’s strange—I posted yesterday’s “Lockhorns” with the standard width of 356. Let me try it again …

Nope—it still went to about twice the width of the comment box. I replaced the letters U, R, & L with the Web address, and left the rest of the formula the same. I also tried manually typing the 356 width, but no luck. Strange. Technology, huh? I e-mailed GoComics last night for help, so maybe they’ll respond soon. Thanks again, Mom.

She’s definitely right on this one — my clothes fit better in the morning.
