Mom: Why do they make an instruction book if I'm not supposed to read it? Cathy: Don't ask! Don't look! It's too much information, mom! Don't try to understand the computer...don't try to make it make sense.....don't even apply logic! Just memorize a simple sequence of things that worked on it once and try to repeat it in the exact same order! If you know what's really going on in there, you'll go out of your mind!! Mom: We might not be ready for computers, but she's ready to marry!!

That sounds like marriage to me.

My other half uses the computer exactly this way – memorizes a set of steps and tries to repeat them the next time. Does not always work. lightenup Hope you are having a safe trip back to your other home and looking forward to hearing from you when you get back. I agree with your feelings about moving and maintaining two houses. Our old house has not sold yet and it is a real pain having to go over there to cut grass and check on things – and it is only about 5 blocks away! Cannot imagine how you are doing it with a huge pond between your homes.
