I just write down the steps, and then follow them a few times untill I have it memorized.

Cathy’s mother is a prime example that not everyone has the capacity to learn things like this and when that happens, they’re better off leaving them alone. Makes life a whole lot simpler that way . . . not to mention happier and less stressful.
