I’d just take off the hat, glasses, shoes and purse. And NOT blabber about it. Irving has a bad back that goes out every now and then. He better be careful, or the rest of the honeymoon will be spent whining.

It’s not like he’s carrying you for miles, Cathy! I don’t think most of that will make a difference….Hello Cathy friends! Boy, last week wore me out. Our dryer broke, the heat went out for a day and a half and I gashed my thumb with scissors and I almost fainted from it. I’m happy the “restful” break is over. :-) Hope you all are having a good day!

I like leaving everything – even my slippers – on when weighing myself. That way I know I am lighter than what the scale indicates. I did weigh myself last night after my week in the theatre and the annual weight loss program works – lost 3 lbs (I know that being Canadian I am supposed to measure weight in kgs but I learned lbs first. Glad to be home again and catching up on my comics. From the weeks comments it seems everyone in the Cathy Clan had a good week – or at least not a bad one (dryers and heat not withstanding)

Who wants to bet that, in panels 2 & 3, Irving is rolling his eyes behind his sunglasses?

    I know I did, except I wasn’t wearing any …

    HI, MOM. Hello, “Cathy” Clan.

Home from Florida (my first trip there). Catching up with the honeymoon couple…..this is hilarious. I strip down to as little as possible to maintain my “Lifetime” status at Weight Watchers. It’s laughable what one will go through to take even one ounce off….rings, earrings, special uniform…..
