Well, that could be true. It’s difficult to know what to price your house for. Cathy could just take the best offer and not give anything else, like closing costs or address anything that the seller asks for. .Hello Cathy clan!Happy Birthday, QuietStorm’s son!! What an exciting age! :-) I wish you the best as you start your adventure as a young adult!.Thanks for the sympathetic words, hendelca and lindz.coop! I think I didn’t explain it well though. We have a shipment of all of our stuff that will be sent before we fly back. When we moved here, the movers packed my vitamins in that shipment. Like most shipments that enter a country, there are restrictions, which is usually food. But I don’t consider vitamins to be food, like fruits and vegetables are. So the movers here will pack it but tell us that it could be a problem with the inspectors in the US and that would cost us $500-1000 possibly. So I asked my husband and a friend to bring them in their suitcases when they flew from Spain back to the US. My husband said the movers will pack them (not true now) and he didn’t have space because he usually only packs carry-ons. And my friend said that she didn’t want to go over the weight limit on her suitcase, although I think she would have been fine and could have offered to put them in their carry-ons. But she didn’t want to and I wasn’t going to force her, although she and her husband got their tickets for free because my husband paid for them with his sky miles. Plus they stayed at our house here and we paid for a lot of things, so I thought taking some of my vitamins wouldn’t have been a problem. I guess not… So taking vitamins on the airplane isn’t a problem, as long as the people flying want to do it! Essentially, it’s a lot of people making this difficult when it was no problem coming here. :-( Thanks for listening again!
Sheesh! Seems like no matter what you do for people, some of them have absolutely NO gratitude whatsoever. So sorry you’re having to go through this when you’ve already got so many other things to do and think about as you’re preparing to return hometo the U.S. again. :-(

Are you not legally required to accept a full price offer?

Just give up, woman. You can’t win with Cathy. (And I want in on that [eye-roll], legaleagle.)
HI, MOM. Greetings, Clan.
