Transcript:
Irving: The burgers are ruined! My state-of-the-art, 60,000 btu stainless steel grill isn't heating evenly! The auto sensor on my digital meat thermometer isn't illuminating! My infared rotisserie burner ignited my organic cedar plank, which set fire to the peppers! Inferior lava rocks! Inadequate smoker! Who can cook in these conditions?? Dad: Two more perfect ones! Cathy: Thanks, dad. Irving: He isn't even using imported briquettes! July 4, 1905 July 4, 1955 July 4, 2005 Now, more than ever we return to the good old-fashioned fourth of July celebration: Baseball, hot dogs and humble pie.

I don’t know how many BTU’s our old gas grill has, but the master chef that is my husband always seems to make the most perfect-tasting steak, chicken and hamburgers on it! YUM!!!!! :-)
