Eyeroll! Hello Cathy friends, it’s Monday again! Thanks for asking GretchensMom and lightenup! I don’t know for sure yet, the dean is working closely with the financial aid director and they both really seem to want to help. There’s a scholarship available in January but we’re trying to figure out my balance for the fall. And I agree on the paparazzi and those “magazines.”
Now this one I can relate to – there is my way which makes sense if you consider the laws of physics and liquid flow and her way which does not. Although I am the one who usually loads the dishwasher I still have to occasionally move things around that I did not put there. But considering how much I hate washing dishes by hand I will put up with it
I do hope it all gets worked out for you. It is not good when someone cannot complete their schooling for lack of financing.
A daughter of a friend had to miss a semester because of a mix-up in the student load department. By the time it got straightened out she had a full time job and kind of liked the steady income. She never went back to school which is sad since she was in the dramatic arts and was a fantastic actress. Please don’t let that happen to you.
I’m usually the only one who loads the dishwasher around here and that’s the way I prefer it since I’m so OCD about it. I approach it the same way I do playing a game of Tetris: each piece that goes in there has a different shape and will only fit a certain way. Usually by the time a load is ready to run, there’s barely a square inch of empty space left anywhere inside it! ;-)

I’m the one who runs the dishwasher, so everybody loads it the way I want it. That’s the only way to survive each other’s quirks around here…
