Believe it or not, in a weird way, she makes sense. She keeps the jeans that fit as a reminder of how fat she thinks she used to be but no longer is. She doesn’t want to wear the jeans that fit, however, because that will only confirm that she still IS that fat.

Serious question – what the heck do you wear? I haven’t worn anything but jeans in about 15 years, since I started working at home and stopped having to go into an office every day.

I find jeans to be stiff and uncomfortable. Because my legs are short I can’t find slacks that fit without having to hem and cut about 6" to 1’, which is a pain. I have a lot of skirts and dresses that I feel much more comfortable in. Yes, even during New England winters my long skirts keep my legs nice and warm.

I only have two pairs of jeans and they both fit. If they didn’t, I’d just go buy a pair that does fit.

I never wear jeans. The fabric is heavy and stiff. I wear pants made of thinner material and they look much better.

have one pair of zip fly jeans and one pair of elastic waist jeans. both are made with softer denim. Sometimes the zip fly jeans are a little too tight so I put them away for a couple of weeks until I drop some weight.
