The absolute best way to lose weight and keep the weight off is to eat less. Not nothing, just less. Eat anything you want, but just a little. Don’t starve, just find ‘satisfied’. It is about a third of the way to ‘full’. So easy, so economical, so everyone can do it. The new diet craze could be as simple as smaller portions. Really. No fooling. Try it.
Actually on WW you can eat more, just has to be the right foods…Since I’ve been a “lifer” I do just eat what I want and limit my portions. … and that includes potato chips (a 1 oz bag at a time) and gelato (3-4 spoonfuls).
