    Just ask people with diabetes who are forced to take insulin every day….the stuff just packs on fat and more fat and more fat.

    Read the label before you buy. That’s how I stop myself. When I see a delicious looking healthy treat and then read an incomprehensible list of chemicals, I suddenly lose my appetite for it!

    While I believe that people should feel free to indulge in their favorite snacks from time to time, I do know that sugar is really bad, so I personally try to indulge in that less often and I try to only eat good quality (no chemicals, quality ingredients, awesome taste). It’s hard sometimes though. Right now, Girl Scout cookies are tempting me for example…

    Eat gelato and potato chips most days…moderation…small scoop gelato, 1 oz bag of chips. Still maintain my lifer status at WW. You don’t have to eat the whole carton of ice cream, or a family size bag of chips….especially if you know you can have some more tomorrow.
