I actually sympathize with Cathy since I’m short (and getting shorter as I age). I see so many lovely dresses that look beautiful on display but not on me!

I’m in the market for my 50th wedding anniversary dress, for a dinner to celebrate with our original wedding party people, and their spouses. The hunt is on! ( I may even wear a figure squeezing under garment. ANYTHING to make my SILs’ raving jealous )

Okay…in the interest of upsetting SILs everywhere, that might be the one time I’d put on one of those torture devices too. LOL

There are clothes one should know not to try on.

With her, let’s say “ample” figure, Cathy should have known better than to have tried this particular dress on. Let’s face it: anything that pretty and slinky-looking on a hanger will NOT, under any circum-stances, be that pretty and slinky-looking on HER! ;-)
