Why, why, why? Do women go around asking other women what their shoe or dress size is, or try peeking at the size tags? Men buy whatever size fits, & is comfortable.
The queen of denial will not be questioned by a man trying to sell her a shoe with a side order of logic. Bring on the sales woman selling dreams and lies in the disguise of reality.
I have been a size 8.5 since I was a teenager – and I am a lot heavier now than I was then. Not all feet change sizes I guess.I never could see the reason for anyone wearing stiletto heels. The only people I have ever seen being able to walk gracefully in them (other than runway models and I don’t call that walk graceful) are dancers who have taken pointe classes – and even then I have heard them complain of how their feet hurt.
Have a great trip lightenup. Guess I will ‘see’ you in a couple of weeks as we are heading off the Germany next week – a combination of visiting my wife’s family and doing tourist stuff. (should be fun since I have not yet recovered from our week at Disney World)
She wants to try on a size 6 when she should now be looking at size 8’s instead? Oh, the pain of wearing a pair of shoes two sizes too small just because she doesn’t want to admit that her feet have gotten a little bit bigger than what they were up until now. Vanity, thy name is Cathy! :-P
