Why would you torture yourself with gluten-free if you didn’t have to?

Fat Free usually means twice as much sugar, salt and additives to make up for the lack of fat!

Come on. Just eat the real food, but just less of it.

I do low sodium….AND complain about it…a lot! Anyways, I tried the Ritz less salt crackers. Meh! I know what Cathy is talking about.

Most pies have fat in the crust, but not much in the filling. The filling is usually loaded with sugar. I don’t know how you could make a pie crust with no fat.

Did she just eat an entire pie in one sitting? I mean, I can do some serious eating, but an entire pie all at once…? :-P

Hello Cathy friends! Happy Friday! Have a nice weekend!

Cathy is right. But a one armed hug is still better than no hug at all.

Yea! The sun is shining. Still below freezing but at least it is bright. Maybe I will be able to get the last of the outdoor winter preparations done before the snow gets too deep. (Really hoping for a warmer day to change the oil in the standby generator – which I should have done in July).

I hope the sun is shining for everyone else today.

    As lightenup mentioned:

… yet she had no trouble polishing off that entire pie all at once. Not sure whether that’s impressive or overkill. Thoughts??

HI, MOM. Happy Friday, “Cathy” Clan.
