Yep, I can relate. I hear that good stuff singing it’s siren song to me when I’m trying to sleep. Usually, it’s the ice cream in the freezer. It just won’t leave me alone!!

Hey, no excuses necessary. Come on. Brownies! How did all that many make it to the freezer in the first place?

And this is why I don’t make many desserts anymore. But I’ll make myself my favorite cake for my birthday and enjoy that because it’s the best chocolate cake that I’ve ever had. Chocolately, yet not gooey or overly sweet. Perfect.

I only make desserts for company if I actually have company coming over. Otherwise, it’s for us and any excess can go to the office.

I like jbarnes idea of taking the excess to the office. I will do that in the future. Should point out my office is in the basement.

Warmer today – a degree or two above freezing but it is snowing lightly. Getting some of my last minute yard work things done anyway – before the snow gets too deep. Enjoy your weekend.
