That one has the fiber content of a small field... This one's made from the tasteless pulp that's left after tofu is produced, which blows up in the stomach like a giant soy sea sponge! Charlene: I've lost my appetite. Cathy: See?? They're already working!

Having worked in restaurants, We have always wondered Why some people will order a Bunch of Junk Food or Rich Food followed up with a DIET DRINK ??? Yeh,That will Balance it Out ??? :-}

I read that runway models used to eat sawdust, Kleenex and ice to feel “full” before a meal. That was bad enough but that pulp from tofu processing idea made me gag.
