If your mother/mother-in-law has to help you with the baby, then… Never mind. I won’t go there.

Well, I don’t know about them but discussing making babies with your in-laws is a little bit awkward.

Well, they’re not going to make a baby as long as you’re living with them.

It seems that they already have an overgrown child who is bratty and has daily tantrums. Why would they want another?

Ya, like that is going to put them in the mood! lightenup’s comment reminded me of a couple that were part of the gang many decades ago. When asked when they were planning on having children she said “Why would we have children? I’ve got him” (pointing to her husband. We had to agree with her. 5 decades later and he hasn’t changed and they do not have children.

Strange weather pattern lately. Towns both to the north and to the south of us got a couple of inches of snow yesterday. We got a slight dusting last night that has already melted – although the wind is still winter cold.

I hope you are having a sunny, warm day – without the snow.

Oy! Haven’t these two, or at least Irving’s mom, overstayed their welcome already? Although, if the strip’s trying to induce major [eye-rolls], mission accomplished … (I’m chuckling as I type this, but still.)
