This is even more true today than it was when this strip was created.
It is a beautiful winter day with a little sunshine thrown in. My wife is heading out on her snowshoes for some exercise while sit here with my snack and read the comics. Not sure which of has their priorities right.

What’s the point of them going out to dinner when he’s just going to play around with his new phone the entire time anyhow? It would be a lot easier — not to mention cheaper — if they just stayed home so that he can ignore her there instead!
