Standing in a store facing 20 cosmeticians selling 5,000 different anti-aging skin products causes stress. Stress causes the body to produce the "stress hormone", cortisol. Cortisol speeds up the aging process, causing wrinkles, furrows, sags, bags and blotches. So much known about the damaging rays of the sun...so little about the damaging rays of confusion.

That explains why I am aging so fast – confusion is my normal state.
I am confused as to what month it is – we have above freezing temperatures and that is just not normal for February. I might even go outside and move some snow around since it is so warm. I hope you are having a warm day as well.
