Big deal….I can gain weight without going on a vacation.

This one is strange to me. I have no desire to see the weight anyone has gained. What is she going to do, show me her belly or thighs? TMI. At least she enjoyed being on vacation. Half the fun is trying new dishes, hopefully something different than what I normally eat.

Not sure how Cathy managed to even take 5 — let alone 500 — pictures of anything while they were gone when Irving spent a majority of his time either fooling around with his newest iPhone, or was on his laptop, constantly checking his email and fretting over his job, wondering if he’d even still HAVE it or not when he got back home again. Some vacation! :-P

My family like to eat when we are on vacation. Even for Disney vacations we spend time deciding which restaurants to try on this trip. Fortunately we do tend to walk a lot on all our vacations. I consider it a fantastic vacation when I come back weighing the same as before we left even though we eat at least twice as much as we normally do.

It is a beautiful July day out there today. 85F is much higher than our normal mid August temperatures. I hope you are enjoying a beautiful day too.
