In addition to vitamins, she should take ginseng, chyavanaaprash, dasamoolarishtam, and atorvastatin. Also, eat three bananas after every meal.

According to their ad on TV every five minutes or so (and the ad lasts almost as long) we all need those fruit and vegetable capsules. You’ll never need to eat a real green thing again, and can skip the grapes. Those capsules will give you endless energy and a brighter outlook on life. I think we should all send for a case asap, don’t you?

Frankly, I couldn’t stand to read her balloons for all that stuff. Just give me a One A Day, once a day and I’ll take my chances.

After my first round of chemo “light” my specialist recommended a daily multivitamin and, since I work indoors, vitamin D. But then you need both calcium and magnesium to process the vitamin D so I am up to 4. Oh, also doctor recommended was omega 3 to help with my cholestoral (even though I also have to take a minimum dose of atorvastanin) so now up to 6 pills/capsules a day – and I hate having to take pills. This getting older can be a bit of a pain sometimes but the alternative is not something I am ready for yet.
I hope everyone is having a fun weekend.

Well, so much for a simple vitamin regimen. AACK.
I take a few vitamins each day, myself, though nothing nearly this complex, thankfully. Leave it to our favorite Whack-a-Doodle to take things to an extreme … ha.
HI, MOM. Happy Sunday, “Cathy” Clan.

As with everything today…too many choices. I take a few vitamins, mostly recommended by doctors somewhere along the way.
