Even by telling Cathy what he found her doing is breaching confidentiality. I am sure the employer does not want the employees knowing they are being monitored. I recall several years ago we had one of our employees monitored. We did tell him what we found at the meeting where he was told not to bother coming to work the next day. Seems my business partner did not like the sites the employee was visiting.
