Substitute “Dinner” for the word “Lunch” and this would be the conversation my husband and I have almost every night. When you’re a young kid and can’t wait to grow up so that your parents can no longer tell you what to do and when to do it, no one ever tells you that one of the hardest parts about BEING an adult is trying to decide what to cook for dinner every single night. For the rest of your life. Until. You. Die! (⊙_⊙)

Hello and Happy Wednesday, fellow Cathy fans. Hope you all have/had a really nice day today! ♥
One advantage of being married to my wife – most of the time she decides what we are having for supper. If it was left to me it would be steak or porkchops with an occasional roast thrown in. Oh and maybe chicken every couple of weeks. Yup, much happier she makes that decision.
Most of my life, I’ve simply eaten a homemade sandwich for lunch. However, for about a year, I worked in San Francisco, just outside The Presidio, at the end of Clement St., which is a second “chinatown”. Not only could I eat at a different Asian restaurant every workday for a month but … I was TALL! :)
