Spring got tired of trying to melt all this snow so took a break today – so of course more snow fell this morning. Just drizzle this afternoon though so not so bad. We can now walk from the house to the beach without stepping in snow but we have to take a rather intricate path through the remaining drifts. Still, nice to see progress.
My wife used to have her own small business, but couldn’t keep her books straight. So of course it was left to me to deal with, along with doing the income tax forms. I’m here to tell ya, self-employment tax forms are a real pain!
My husband finally finished up our state and federal taxes today. Every year he tries to show me where the info comes from and where it goes on the forms, money we owe versus what we don’t and why, etc. I follow it as best I can, but I find it all so confusing that it just ends up making my head hurt instead, so I can see why Cathy needs a C.P.A. to do her taxes for her every year. If you’re like me and just don’t have a brain for things like this, then it’s always better to let a professional do it for you. Seems like there’d be less chance of getting audited by the I.R.S. in the process that way! (⊙_⊙)

Hi, rgcviper! :-) Did the comics work okay for you today? Whatever was happening on G.C.’s end where I was concerned was (thankfully!) fixed by the time I got here this evening so that I was able to see everything as I normally do without having to disable my adblocker again in order to do it.
