I appreciate the ability to wear jeans and a polo shirt at work. It makes me feel like “they” trust me to be a responsible adult, even if I don’t dress like one. …Ironic, no?

You’d never catch me in either of those. Not even 20 years ago, and especially not at the office!

I miss the point of people spending a fortune on shredded jeans. But then, I’ve always hated blue jeans. I bought a pair of jeans once when I was taking riding lessons, and I never wore them for anything else.

Sometimes ya just can’t win with all these fashion decisions, huh?

I don’t believe what I am saying but I am kind of with the sales lady on this one. I may be old fashioned (well I am old) but when I visit a company or even a store I like the people serving me to at least look professional. I don’t at a store, but when visiting a company I do wear a collared shirt and dress pants. Maybe one reason I like the people serving me to look professional is so I can tell who is an employee and who are the customers. Those stores that have their people wear a uniform shirt do make it easier – and it does look professional even if the shirt is a t-shirt. Ah well, maybe I will live long enough for the professional look to be back in style again.
I hope everyone is having a fun Sunday today.

I just like the suit…it looks nice on Cathy. I wear of mixture of clothing (well I did back when I actually could go to the office). Some days I was in the mood to wear a suit, some days I was more casual. My clients never seemed to mind or even notice.
