Try that explanation with the people who threw me out for laughing at the last funeral I went to, Earl. C’mon, the guy was a clown!

It’s a good thing your celebration wasn’t overly excessive, Earl. If you were caught doing a happy dance, Nelson just might not buy your story.

They must have been happy about another good visit with their grandson. They can’t say that about each other.

I love my four grand kids very much,but there are times when I am relieved after they go home.

The best part of being a Grandpa is the little fibs you get to tell your grandkids!

My grandmother put it even better many years ago (about 15 of us would descend on her 1200 square foot home for Christmas) when she told my mother, “I am so happy when you all come and even happier when you all go back home.”

I love my grands very much too. But this rule usually applies – The first hour with them is great and then I start to age very rapidly.

Afer a joyfull visit with the grandkids, we were glad to leave them in Chicago. When we got home in Calif. I opened the front door, and said listen, Quite.
