I did realize to that Emmy Lou never wears the same outfit twice. Ole dad needs to make “bread or dough” to pay for more than sandwiches in that house! My mom always bought the big bag of chips to make our school lunches. Never did get the pre-made chip bags.

Don’t worry, Pops. They won’t get fat until the 2000s along with everybody else. There was still some healthy food out there in 1970.
