According to the BMI, I am extremely overweight, just shy of clinical obesity. My chest/waist/hip ratio on the otherhand indicates moderately good health. I’m inclined to believe the BMI on this one.
As I’ve posted here before — a body-fat measuring scale is the best way of estimating body-fat at home. -Bub is almost ready to use a body-fat scale — all he would have to do is take off his socks.
I think the word you might be looking for is mass (similar to volume). One pound of butter (fat) will of course weigh the same as a pound of muscle……… its just that the muscle will be half the mass (or more) of the butter. ….
