Ralph: Oh yeah! I just thought of one more thing! Always remember, it's righty-tighty, lefty-loosey! OK, that's it! I've taught my son everything I know, and he's only eight-and-a-half!
That doesn’t work when you reach behind something to turn a screw. Besides, “left” and “right” are directions of translation, and you need another direction, which may be ambiguous, to convert them to rotations. If you have a hand handy, remember that the thuMb points in the direction of Motion and the other fingeRs point in the direction of Rotation. That’s mostly with the right hand because most people are right-handed. I can’t think of a good mnemonic for using the left hand for neutrinos and reducing fluids.
Most twist ties are factory installed backwards. Since women open most bread and similar foods, I think it is a conspiracy to uphold the stereotype of women and things mechanical. It doesn’t work. My wife has better mechanical ability than I, but still fastens the bread lefty-tighty.

You think that, now, Ralph- but more stuff will arise as it becomes relevant to the moment.
