Adam: We should take measures into our own hands. Laura: You're finally going to get that wurlitzer organ out of the basement? Adam: Huh? What? No, I'm talking recycling. Laura: O...K... Adam: We need to advocate. Get the town to institute a recycling program. Laura: As long as we can attach a provision that they'll get the wurlitzer out of the basement, too

I’d take the Wurlitzer. Something about blasting roller-rink music with the speaker turned to eleven at my annoying neighbors just sends a warm fuzzy to my heart.

have a neighbor that puts on parties every couple of months and lets it go into the early hours after midnight … we’d call the cops about 1 AM or so to break it up … found out later it was my daughter’s boss though they don’t know we call the cops … she said it costs her about $1000 in noise abatement fines each time, but she thinks it is “worth it” to have extended fun with friends and people should just live with the noise at all hours of the night. Now I don’t feel so bad about calling the cops anymore …

I think Adam’s already playing the Wurlitzer under the sheets.

If they give the Wurlitzer to a charity, they could be organ doners.

Didn’t this arc run a few years ago?

A friend of mine has a huge upright piano in his basement. It’s free to anyone who can get it out of the house without damaging the house…

I recall this recycling issue — a rerun? But the Wurlitzer is new, I think. This is the first mention of it to my knowledge. “And now, E.Power Biggs at the Mighty Wurlitzer…”

Almost as bad as trying to get the pool table out of the attic.

My city has recycling in many areas of town, except for the downtown area I live in.I can recycle newspaper , soda cans and bottles at a nearby school, and only those items.
