Book-Jane could, if necessary, snap the logger’s neck like a twig (she got seriously badass later in the series), but would rather use reason.
Many a person has done illegal things just to “earn a living.” As long as there’s a market someone will supply the product. That’s why the so-called “war on drugs” is a dismal failure.
These Bigfoot look like overgrown zoo chimps. Tarzan has a good line about stopping them illegally, wonder how a judge would see that?
