Baldo by Hector D. Cantú and Carlos Castellanos for March 13, 2013

Transcript:
Baldo: I don't think I can go to school today. Dad: Nonsense! Dad: Tell you what... let's make a deal! Dad: You go to school and if it turns out you're really sick... Dad: You can hold that against me for the rest of my life.
As a former teacher, there is nothing like the lingering smell of Vo-Ban in the classroom, not only from the kid who was sent to school sick, but the three or four others who contracted a sudden sympathetic and projectile stomach flu in the aftermath. School janitors are grossly underpaid. And I do mean grossly.
Tell you what, lets make a deal. You go to school, and if it turns out you’re really sick …… the parents of the other kids you infect can come to our house and beat me senseless.
