Rob: So to keep track of all your ramblings. Are you now saying that curious George is the toughest children's TV character? Bucky: Luckily, nobody's ever had to find that out. But I'll say this: He's the least predictable. You might be able to handle some random George, but Curious has explored stuff. Monkey thai. Chimp Jitsu. Greco Gibbon. He can punch, he cans tuff your takedown, and being a monkey, he bites and uses hygiene tactics. Rob: Chimps aren't monkeys. Bucky: Interesting. I bet he'd love to hear your thoughts on what he is while he's choking you rear nakedly.

True they aren’t , but, curiously, George studys the classics.

I remember what fun we had with this one when it first ran, and all the hilarious conjecture until someone informed us that “choking you rear nakedly” referred to the name of a wrestling hold. This is classic!

Daughter likes watching Curious George on PBS. And they always say, “George is a monkey…” to which I scream inside, “Yeah? Then WHERE’S HIS TAIL???”

Who says Rob just “thinks” his animals talk to him? There are story lines involving one or two of Rob’s human friends or his father, and they can all converse with Bucky and Satchel.

The “Rear Naked Choke” is a wrestling move but not in the WWF sense but in the UFC grappeling sense. But your point may still be valid although I do enjoy me some UFC.

@ArianneThank you for that clarification. I don’t think I ever saw that hold performed . . . don’t see much wrestling any more.
