I always get: “where did you have it last?” If I knew where I had it last; I’d still have it!!!
HOWEVER … I remember where I THINK I had it last!

And when you find it, it is ALWAYS in the last place you looked. ’Cause once you find it you stop looking. So, why not look in the last place first?

I spent 5 minutes once looking for my cell phone, I had it in my hand, but didn’t realize it. Of course after I found it I needed to find my sunglasses, you’ll never guess where they were.
