I think it is the bowls of possible ice cream and look at the size of the people that is the joke..

You can get nutrition from junk food too, just not a lot of it.

Obviously the splinter group of revolutionists.

It’s a subtle sight gag. The nutritionists are drinking beer, eating a donut, and scarfing up dishes of candy covered ice cream at their convention. Going wild, I guess.

Ya, those are ice cream sundaes and they’re all overweight. lol

It would be easier to understand the joke if the art weren’t so “loose”.

At first I thought it was going to be a joke about portion control with single-serving items on the buffet, but then I noticed how fat they all are. &, I could be mistaken, but those little bowls look like sundaes. But it makes sense, given how fat Americans are, that their nutritionists would be fat, unhealthy eaters, too.

You know, there is nothing wrong with Nutritionists sometimes eating an ice cream sundae…

If this guy could really draw we might know what he is trying to convey instead of conjecturing!
