Is this for a rodeo?

He just might start a new trend. You can never tell.

I have worn cowboy boots since 1976 when I lived in Texas (Fort Hood). A couple of years ago while vacationing in Florida I wore shorts and boots. No one wanted to be associated with me. I don’t understand why.

Boots I can handle, it’s the chunks of metal sticking out of various body parts that makes me think what the hell are they doing.

earl, you’ve got me wanting to wear the boots today. they sure are hard to remove the darn things though

Cowboy boots are good on halloween. ( when you pretend )

So long as your socks are high enough to keep the top of the boot from rubbing your leg (I recommend tube socks) all is good.

I have worn cowboy boots all my life, even here in Florida, ( but not with shorts ! ). Not only are they practical for horseback riding, but are comfortable footwear. Being flatfooted, the arch support afforded me by my boots saves me from backaches.I doubt, however, that was Earl’s intent.

My wife complains about me wearing socks with sandals its comfy as heck and breath

Levis went to Mexico and China. What can you expect?

I worked with a guy that did the same things but with the addition of a undershirt …it was not pretty

Yee haw, Earl. Better than black shoes with white socks and shorts or sandals with socks.

I just gouged my eyes out. The horror.

Beats those weird shoes that are boots at the heel and ankle and thong sandals for the rest of the foot. Yet I have seen many a young woman wearing those. Very peculiar shoes. At least Earl has picked a type of shoe and stuck with it!
