rj & verne answer important questions you're too embarrassed to ask... can I really have thinner thighs in seven days? verne: no. verne: not without surgery. rj: or zombies.
I did regularly when I was younger. Of course, I could swim 8 hours a day,M,W, &F, and either 6 hours on Sunday, or once a month 12 hours a day one Saturday a month. I also had a Finnish Sauna. With that routine, I also had very little appetite. Every now and then I think about taking up long distance swimming again, and do some major swims, and after five years make a go at the English Channel, to be the first leukemic to make it, and raise money for helping leukemia patients with transport, utilities, o2 generators and other things patients may need but have trouble accessing.Considering my other physical challenges, if I accept this one, it would resemble aiming for the stars and hitting a moonshot.Thinner thighs in seven days can be done without surgery, but a Dr would probably say my routine is extremely unsafe. VBut I did it off and on until my early 40s. I also recommend setting a thirty day target.BTW, I am in hospital on IV morphine, so I may not be the best information source. It happens when you treat your body like an amusement park for 50ish years and the parts neak and wear out. But I am beating leukemia for 6 years longer than they gave me to live.Quote, author unknown.
" Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways -Chardonnay in one hand – chocolate in the other -body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming ‘WOO HOO, What a Ride’"I especially like the chocolate, but I might prefer an excellent single malt.JusSayin
