Where I lived on the east coast, the going rate was 50 cents an hour. One family paid me 60, though, because that way they could pay me literally by the minute. When they found out I was good at ironing, they’d have me do that., too, and paid $1.00 per hour. And they picked me up and drove me home, too!
Someone mentioned The Wild Wild West show from the 60’s last week regarding the cartoon on “computer dating”. Funny…I was watching tv last night and that Wild Wild West episode (1967)was on. I think it was “The Night of the Vicious Valentine”. Agnes Morehead was using a dating punch card machine from 1864. I get 1967 but a computer dating service in 1867 seemed a stretch!

Looks like Emmy Lou didn’t shave her legs. They’re ok!

One nice thing is that when Emmy Lou has to use the bathroom, her assistant will be there to watch the baby.

I think she’s wearing fancy textured pantyhose.
