Do you believe that Tarzan assists Jane in designing and tailoring her high “end” (pun intended) jungle garb? Lord knows what will happen when Tarzan finally catches up to her in the weekly strip after her loooong shopping spree in Nairobi! :)> MaxingOutTheCreditCardsAGowa!!
Relax tribemates, La and her knuckle-draggers will appear out of nowhere to stop these interlopers from destroying Opar! Remember La has the hots for Tarzan as well, so we’re about to see some Jane vs. La combat of sorts while Tarzan keeps the Oparmen at bay! Sure hope this version of La is without that ridiculous crustacian-helmet crown! :)> PreserveOparAGowa!!
They are about to demolish a site of antiquity. Regardless of the provocation it cannot be justified. Sadly it’s a common occurrence worldwide. In Afghanistan, the Buddhas of Bamiyan, two 6th century monumental statues of standing Buddha carved into the side of a cliff, were dynamited and destroyed in March 2001 by the Taliban government. And recently, in Belize, 2,300-year-old Mayan pyramid at Noh Mul was destroyed to make fill for roads! It’s an outrage.

This Sunday storyline looks like it’s off to a good start. I also dug the Bigfoot one as well.

Trivia: Jane’s father is also an ordained minister, and performed their marriage ceremony in the second book.

After weeks of Bigfoot it’s good to see Tarzan and Jane back in character.
