I’ve done it as a child. Just to find out what it’s like to have a dry tongue. Can’t taste nothing.

I remember a discovery that I made in the bathroom one day as a kid. I told my parents that “If you tickle your butt when you pee it feels really neat!” Their reaction was a bit of shocked silence. I learned to keep any future interesting bathroom discoveries to myself.
