I would have used “Then how come none of mine can ever remember where the finish line is?” … same joke, basically, but, I think mine works better….Agree, or Disagree?
So sorry that this is being posted today, rather than yesterday as was intended by our MIA friend in Boulder, Colorado.I went through the Rosemary and Thyme series that Stagger Lee was kind enough to drop and Wiki-ing Pam Ferris, I found this one that she is in. Takes place in East London, late 1950s.
Call the Midwife
A Sunday salute to the Capplets…… you too, Number Three.
I concur with the padded panel findings. They should have just made it an oversize 3 panel job, to fill up the allotted space. Today: A beautiful, bright sunny day spoiled by a high, cold wind.
From our MIA friend in Colorado…@*Mikey* horse trancsI think Andy’s “lucky number” would make a beeline for the pub, whatever direction it’s in. .That’s a catchy tune Number Six ! Sure the jailers will recognize it ? .I’m in the “Dock of the Bai”… in my cement slippers. .Chalkie’s on murder row with Marty. Didn’t he do White Spote coat.. with some kinda ‘coronation’ ?…. down de mall somewhere’s…..Today’s official offering is good in that it gave birth to ol’ # 13 further down the page. True, that the old Blondie of yesterday with Mr. Dithers getting bashed at this desk had good detail, but I don’t see fit to complain over the current Andy’s art. He just needs better, read that, more earthy story material and the old accents back. .Chalkie j’s chalkboard eraser said, 5 scratches ago @afficionado It is not over until the fat lady sings
…In which case, the fat lady should never be allowed to sing...((((( To crew Capp )))))
Did i do this yet, Todai? dedicated to goatcomICKx I Wanna Destroy You [for anything better]certainly not a joke here. i think the answer is to enlighten Their Boss, UClick or summat, to what a blithefully incompetent, inherently cruel manner the PRIVILEGE of hosting the Comics is being abused.
I think the “Holy Trinity” of music would be Johnny Cash, Mozart, and Christina Aguilera. (You think I’m joking, right? WRONG!) As for my theme song, I wrote my own, in a parody of “My Favorite Things.” Here we go with “Anthrax for Exes”…….\Anthrax for exes and witches with hexesSabre-tooth tigers and fierce T-rexesSteam-rollered silkworms and flies without wingsThese are a few of my favorite things

If Andy had horse sense, he would remember to NOT bet on the horses.
