Mr. Thaves is fantastically ignorant of the facts! The truth is that the entire population of the world could stand together, without touching, merely within the city limits of Jacksonville, Florida! Alternatively, they could all live, in groups of four, in detached houses within the borders of the state of Texas! An expert economist has estimated that, if the agricultural techniques used in the U.S. were to be used throughout the world, there would be enough food to feed fifteen to twenty times as many people as are now living (something that will never happen, because Earth’s population is likely to be shrinking before the year 2050, according to the U.N.).
