The Church decided that cats were evil, so they killed all the cats they could find and the rats carried the plague all over Europe and killed half the people.
Ah, but it can be! Kids all grown and gone, retirement, time to pursue the interests long put on hold. I go to a writing group at a local retirement community, and there are people in their 80s still hiking, bicycling, writing, working—you name it, they do it. Those in their 90s aren’t as physically active, but mentally, they are on top of everything.
