I prefer that style. since I need to keep my regular glasses as also sunglasses. cant use those stupid transistion lenses. not with CFLs and other flourencent bulbs in use in various places.
I hate those overly large glasses. Not only is my face too small for them, but I spent more time pushing them back up my nose because they were too heavy to stay up by themselves. Thank goodness for lighter smaller lenses. People can see my face instead of my glasses.
My glasses frames are about 40 years old. They were originally safety glass frames with “wrap-around” earpieces and adjustable nose pieces. Not available any more, but I still keep taking my old frames in for refill lenses..

It looks like larger glasses are coming back, and not too soon. I like having them cover my field of vision.
