The little piggy has backing??!!

A full container that large would certainly weigh more than the kid. His getaways would be, um, protracted.

The kid’s brilliant! Um, Tom, the sidewalk is public…

I, too, was distracted by the implausibility of a kid that size carrying a tank that size on his back. Heck, most full-grown adults couldn’t carry a tank like that as a backpack.
There was an easy fix, too – the kid could have been pulling it in a wagon.

Well Paul, considering this is a comic, based in fiction……..I do think you are the only one who has wondered that about Frazz. I don’t know about anyone else, but I come here to get away from that kind of thought processing. Frazz is just a good guy who has made it in life and want to give back to the community by helping its kids. I will ask you nicely to keep these kinds of comments to yourself, as I think you will be getting a backlash from this.

True.

You’re wrong. This cartoon works very well because of the interaction between adults, not just Frazz, and the kids. You’re coming across just a tad weird. Take a deep breath, pour another cup of tea and enjoy the view.

He’s the school janitor who just happens to know and get kids. He’s not handling them or trying to do stuff with them. He happens along as they are doing stuff. I know what signs to look for. I was a compromised kid. But I get where you’re coming from

That’s not @Notsoastute’s point. His point is that the boy is already serving lemonade to Frazz (using the hose with a spout) even though he still has the tank strapped to his back.

Too bad that Mallett couldn’t have arranged this Sunday strip to carry on the weekday arc with Mrs. Olsen, Gabriella, and the (CENSORED) twit with the cell phone. It can be done, but it’s rare.
