Currently a substantial portion of the ‘news’ simply amounts to libel and slander. American courts basically support those crimes, though; it is so hard to ‘prove’ them that no one will commit the resources to try.
Slander and libel are crimes nonetheless, but evidently the media is as far above the law as the government is.
Most Americans are idiots – otherwise we would not get fooled over and over by the party of our choice. It doesn’t matter who is in at the moment, you can be sure that they want tighter control of the masses, “for our own good”. We are to stupid to have freedom if we support these control freaks. Put them all to the curb, start over with representatives that are not specially educated in politics, how about only high school grads – college degrees not needed or wanted.
