    Ok. So what about the transitions before and after Archaeopteryx? Where are those? And sorry. I won’t believe Velociraptor had feathers OR fur until I see CONCRETE fossil evidence of it having occurred.

    Okay! I’m getting a handle on what the naysayers believe, and it’s pretty much what I suspected! You can’t have missing links because we have given all of them names (and you can’t have a real degree in Biology if you don’t recognize that as SOP.) But if it has it’s own name, it can’t be transitional, QED.Scenario two: If you should find a “missing link” between two species (or higher groups, Archaeopteryx is a great example) you’ve made room for two “missing links” between your find and its neighbors. So instead of one missing link, you now need two — oh dear! evolution has made matters worse instead of better, it must be wrong!
