You are right, though. Because beer doesn’t coagulate, injecting an anti-coagulant will not actually lower the viscosity.

SimpsonFan…. yeah…. thanks… actually I knew that….but beer doesn’t coagulate … and he’s not drinking it out of a person….so I still don’t get it.

I think this all has to do with the density of the Amber Ale with it ’s caramel character.
